Tour of Switzerland

The Tour of Switzerland is a swiss stage cycling race created in 1933 which takes part of the UCI World Tour calendar, highest level of international cyclism.

The race has a relatively similar parcours from the Criterium du Dauphiné with its high mountains and individual time-trial stages which makes it a preparatory race for next month big event, the Tour de France.

During last year’s edition, Stefan Küng won the inaugural individual time-trial.

Stag 1 (ITT) – Vaduz > Vaduz – 4,8 km – june, 9th
Stage 2 – Vaduz > Regensdorf– 177,3 km – june, 10th
Stage 3 – Steinmaur > Rüschlikon – 161,7 km – june, 11th
Stage 4 – Rüschlikon > Gotthard Pass – 171 km – june, 12th
Stage 5 – Ambri > Cari – 148,6 km – june, 13th
Stage 6 – Locaro > Blatten – 151,4 km – june, 14th
Stage 7  – Villars-sur-Ollon > Villars-sur-Ollon – 118,2 km – june, 15th
Stage 8 (ITT) – Saint-Gall > Abtwil– 15,7 km – june, 16th
