Etoile de Bessèges – Tour du Gard
The Étoile de Bessèges – Tour du Gard was created in 1971 by Roland Fangille, a former cyclist and is the first european stage race of the professional calendar in category 2.1.
On this year’s edition, the race will finish by the traditional Ales individual time trial.
Stage 1 – Bellegarde > Bellegarde – 160,6km – january, 31st
Stage 2 – Marguerittes > Rousson – 163,5 km – february, 1st
Stage 3 – Bessèges > Bessèges – 161,1 km – february, 2nd
Stage 4 – Méjannes-le-Clap > Méjannes-le-Clap – 158,4 km – 3rd
Stage 5 (ITT) – Alès > Alès – 10,6km – february, 4th
