Paris-Gien-Bourges
French cycling race created in 1913 in an amateur format, Paris-Gien-Bourges became exclusive to professional riders from 1949.
Today, the race is contested in a single stage, this was not always the case since between 1980 and 1992, it was contested over 2 or 3 stages.
Paris-Gien-Bourges takes part of the UCI Europe Tour calendar in category 1.1 and is the last round of the Coupe de France FDJ.
On this year’s program, 198km will be covered between Gien and Bourges.
